We value the health and wellness of our community. With the recent emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to take a moment to share with you what we are doing to keep our team and patients healthy. ALL IPM locations are following all recommendations made by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the Coronavirus and is monitoring closely for any updates.

Clinic Standards and Safety

Keeping our clinics clean and sanitized is very important to us. We have a strict set of guidelines our staff to follow every day and every patient to ensure that our patients health is never put at risk.

Our staff and doctors always sanitize their hands between every patient. Our medical assistants disinfect every surface regularly and in the response to the Coronavirus, we have increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces like door handles, keyboards, counters, chairs, etc. Hand sanitizer is always available patients to use as well. Staff and Patients remain social distancing whenever possible. Patients, medical assistants and doctors will have masks and gloves.

Health and wellness are the foundation of our clinics. We’re are encouraging our team to stay home and see a doctor when they are not feeling well. We want to make absolutely sure we are taking the best care possible of our team.

We ask that you give a call to reschedule your treatment when you are feeling sick. Be aware that if you are exhibiting symptoms, we may kindly ask to reschedule your treatment in person. Keeping the IPM community healthy and safe is our #1 priority. We appreciate your support.

  • After arriving at the clinic, please wait in your car and call to alert us of your arrival.
  • We will then call you back when the clinician is ready for your visit.

Telemedicine Phone Visits

IPM is committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff while continuing to provide essential care during the Covid-19 emergency.

About 48 Hours prior to your scheduled visit

  • You will receive a Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ) via email. Please complete this online prior to your visit.

On the day of your scheduled visit

  • A medical assistant will call you to complete the check-in process and verify that your HAQ has been completed.
  • The incoming call for your visit will come from an anonymous phone number.
  • The medical assistant will schedule any necessary follow up appointments.
  • Upon completion, the medical assistant will alert your provider that you are ready for your visit.

Visit with your provider

  • You will receive a second incoming call from your provider from an anonymous phone number.
  • Your provider will provide care for you remotely.
  • Any prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy electronically or mailed directly to you.
